Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Halmar-Robicon 240Z-C-FK2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leach products, including obsoleted and phased-out Klöckner-Moeller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Precision-Electronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leach such as the TD16991001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EREF manufactured by Klöckner-Moeller and we are pleased to be able to service most Klöckner-Moeller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PEI5025 by Manufacturer Precision-Electronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cypress-Semiconductor Brand CY23EP09SXC1H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro-Switch-Control such as FMH1 equipment made by Micro-Switch-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Switch-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Switch-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PC1661B made by Okuma as well as the popular CD0055A original spares produced by Infitec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PRH830 by Pop and FMH1 spares by Micro-Switch-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 474974 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz.
